Our product photography on our website has been falling behind our competitors for a while now. We started the photography process by contacting a few photographers for quotes. The first thing that stood out for us was that Adrian was very quick to respond. In fact, we'd completed the job by the time the other's had quoted! Adrian & I started with a chat on the phone and I found him very easy to deal with. He asked the right questions and took the time to understand what was important to myself and the business. In regards to pricing, photographers can be expensive. Adrian was competitive. But the job needed doing for us to keep up. The actual shoot went very smoothly. As a business owner, I'm short of time and try not to get involved if I don't have to. After getting some quotes I found there were expensive and cheap photographers out there - Adrian was in the middle. For me, price was one factor but the outcome and getting what I wanted was far more important than price alone. What stood out with Adrian is that he has worked for large organisations like Dan Murphy's, Big W and McDonald's.
