They promised a delivery within 24-hours but delayed for a week -- the shots were badly composed, the lighting was terrible. The photographer is not even admitting what they did was terrible and agreed to fix it after two more weeks of arguing and dodging the issue. What made it the more infuriating is that they want to charge more for fixing their mess. Unbelievable. So I approached Adrian with my case and he was the opposite. I came to Adrian to get a professional images. As someone that doesn't have much experience hiring photographers I had no clue what to look for. After getting some quotes I found there were expensive and cheap photographers out there - Adrian was in the middle. For me, price was one factor but the outcome and getting what I wanted was far more important than price alone. What stood out with Adrian is that he has worked for large organisations like Dan Murphy's, Big W and McDonald's. That gave him credibility and helped to take away the concern of choosing the wrong photographer. My thinking was, if he is able to keep large clients happy then he had to have a certain level of professionalism and could deliver results as promised. The shoot itself went very well and without issues. Adrian was excellent to work with - he was professional, easy going and knew what he was doing.
