They promised a delivery within 24-hours but delayed for a week -- the shots were badly composed, the lighting was terrible. The photographer is not even admitting what they did was terrible and agreed to fix it after two more weeks of arguing and dodging the issue. What made it the more infuriating is that they want to charge more for fixing their mess. Unbelievable. So I approached Adrian with my case and he was the opposite.
